Philosophy and approach
We believe healing happens in relationships that feel safe, attuned, and authentic. Our work is rooted in a trauma-informed, psychodynamic philosophy, integrating practical skills with deep emotional understanding.
Therapy is collaborative. You are the expert on your life, and we walk alongside you with curiosity and care.
